We just got Toyota Venza. When I am driving 50 miles and more the car get very noise.I feel like there is a big storm outside the car. Does anybody have the same problem?
A: Most consumer reports indicate that the Toyota Venza was cheapened by installing less than adequate sound insulation, and are said to be very loud while driving at 50 or above, particularly wind noise coming in. The Venza has been introduced at a time when Toyota has been cutting corners on all their vehicles, from sound insulation, to poor grade metals which rust easily, and flimsy rubber like plastics in the interior which squeak and let in even more noise throughout the passenger compartment. And so the bad wind noise you are hearing is just normal for a Toyota--particularly the Venza. It is also said to ride rather bumpy and not smooth because of the rediculous sized tires they put on them. Good luck.

A: The Venza looks like it has more better features, with better gas mileage and a cheaper price. It also has the cargo capability of the Edge, but the Venza has a lower ride height, so you don't have to "jump" into your car, like you have to do with the Edge.
The Venza has a better interior styling, and it should drive more like a car than th Edge, so it'll have a much more comfortable car, because it's based on the Camry platform. It also will have better resale value later on, and it is a very reliable and well marked car.
It has a very premium look to it, the Edge is a wonderful car, but I think with the statistics of the Venza, it looks like a no-brainer to me. The Venza.

A: The taurus x is so so. Maybe they think its better because the Venza is brand new. The taurus x was actually introduced as the Ford Freestyle, but Ford changed the name.
The Venza is actually built in Georgetown, Kentucky, so if you buy it, you would be supporting that town. It does have an AWD optional (well, its a midsized crossover SUV) and there will also be a 4 cyl. model available in Jan 2009 (AWD will also be available for the 4 cyl too) Fuel economy is supposed to be better on the Venza. It only seats 5 though. It does look nicer than the Taurus X though. The taurus X looks like a compressed version of the Ford Expedition (especially the back) and it doesnt really look like a crossover.
I would recommend the Venza because its a toyota and it has more passenger room inside.

I want to buy a car that I can take road trips, fits at least four people and it is fun, classy, elegant and eye catcher. I also want it to double as a car that I haul my clients around in on occasion.
A: Best sedan/suv/wagon toyota ever made. I have a black one and i just got my windows tinted. Man this thing is sharp, power full and has plenty of room. The only thing I hate about it is the blind spot. It has huge pillars in the back that makes it impossible to check your blind spot. Other than that, it's one of the best thing toyota made created.
I personally had my eyes set on it from day one. Traded my old landcruiser in for this one. What a ride difference. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

A: Well it looks a bit clunky, meaning it looks like they made it look bigger than it needs to be for what it does, but no I wouldn't say it looks ugly. It does have a terrible reputation for interior wind noise, and highway noise inside because of cheap and cut back interior insulation. The dash also suffers form what seems like gooey and chewy plastics not nice to the touch, and the cloth seating really is very bad and cheap. The leather is nice but then Toyota charges you way more for that. Overall most people are not pleased with the bumpy ride because of the big tires they put on it. You heard it here....because you will never hear it straight from Toyota. Good luck.

A: The vanza is a good car, my wife drives that, its quiet comfortalbe, VERY ROOMY and eco as well.
when i bought it from my dealer, it says it will do 26 MPG at least, somehow its doing 31 MPG. don't know how but it actually shows it to us on the dashboard.
I love my venza, the rav4 is small, tribeca rides hard, we did consider the honda pilot, that was a good car but looks ugly, we also went for the escape but we ended hating it because its AMERICAN and they're unreliable.
